Family and Cosmetic Dentist Benjamin D. Babcock, DDS
Dr. Ben Babcock grew up in Ohio and graduated from Mount Union College, Alliance, OH with a B.S. degree in Biology in 1977. He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for 6 years, 1978-1984. He then returned to Ohio for dental school at Ohio State University, graduating in 1988 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
A one year post doc General Practice Residency was completed in 1989 at the University of Washington Hospitals. Volunteer dental work was next where he spent one year in Solola, Guatemala providing dental services at a small, rural dental clinic. He then worked for a short while at the Spokane Indian Reservation dental clinic before starting in private practice in Hayden, ID in 1991.
He actively pursues continuing dental education in diverse areas to stay abreast of the latest advances in dentistry and has been a member of the Coeur d'Alene Restorative Study Club and Meridian Study Club.
He is a member of the following professional organizations:
· American Dental Association
· Idaho State Dental Association
· Idaho Panhandle Dental Society
· Spokane District Dental Society
· American Dental Implant Association
Dr. Ben makes sure everything is just right. He takes his time... so when I get home there are no problems or pain.
